Pakistani Driving License in Australia.

Question:

Some of u guyz told ma ka I should, Arrange a Pakistani Driving License before Coming to Australia. i have got my Driving license but my friend is saying me to Make a Affidavit of my drivig license. plz tell me is it important, if so plz gide me with the procedure. orwhom should i get it attested from ??

• Not a affidavit just a verification letter to be signed by same office which has issued the license .

•  Adeel Ahmed For Melbourne ur Pakistani license would be enough, vic road usually don't ask for verification unless they find any obvious issue, for the safe side if u want to make verification letter it would be good. but for sydney they will ask to verify from Pakistan consulate.

• Irfan Sattar Hi adeel i have the verification letter attested by foreign office went to vic roads office in oakleigh and showed them my lic and passport thet did not ask for anything else and gave me an appointment next week for the computer test... now all that I am concerned about is that on my driving test day the instructor doesn't ask for the embassy verification, any idea how to get it done and how long would it take

  
  
• Adeel Ahmed same thing, foreign office verification letter and embassy verification. it's a;right if you show but i think no need to show foreign office verification letter. on test day examiner will take your license, if you will be successful, he will just check the license and ask for if you need 3 year or 10 year license.

• Adeel Ahmed i think if u r on PR 3 year is alright but if on student or other temp visa go for 10 years as the Aus license is been accepted more than 180 countries. in future if u dont get Aus residency and decide to go any other country you don't need to fulfill all the requirements, u just need to show Australian license and they will issue their country license. rest up to u.. our decision
• Anum Khawar if i get a recent driving license from pakistan......then should i request for a vertification letter too??Stating what?what should be mentioned??if some one could message me verification letter of driving license that would be great?

• Adeel Ahmed if you are here how will you get recent one. and if you can get, try to get atleast 3 year old otherwise u will not get full liscense in Australia. all the license offices in pakistan are resposible to issue verification letter. its a simple letter with DSP signs that license is true and has been issued from this office

• • Adeel Ahmed rana sb try to get Pakistan license at least 3 years old and you will get full lic here. on vic rd web site moc learning test exercises are available, similarly u can also find learning book I &II online or if you want to spend money you can buy from vic rd offices or any book shop

Important Points:

• If u have applied for a Driving License in Pakistan and get ur visa before the Receiving Date. Take ur Receiving Slip, Passport with and Visa and Ticket with ur self to the Traffic Office and they will issue you your license on the Spot and u will also be able to Apply and Collect your International Driving license on the same day.    
• An International driving permit is not a license. It is nothing more than a translation of your Pakistani drivers license into 10 other languages. They are NEVEr required to drive anywhere. What is required to drive anywhere is your valid Pakistani drivers license. IDPs are mostly a waste of time.
• go to traffic police office and ask them to give you NOC. They know whats NOC and they will give u starightaway. In victoria, they might not ask for NOC but usually they do. Its all on the person's discretion who is taking ir driving test. In other states, u have to show the verification letter.

Bio Matrix And Medical, Pakistani Students in Australia

Bio Matrix Include:

Things to Remember:

• Make sure u have ur Entrance Form Printed! With U.
• There is one form for Bio Matrix and 3 For Medical
• U should have a photo Copy of Passport (Signed) while Going for Bio Matrix and 2 while going For Ur Medical.
•  Make U r Bringing The Right Entrance Form (There are a lot of cases when People Bring From of Medical for Bio Matrix or vicevrsa, While i was Giving my Medical, there was a boy attaching his Acknowledgement instead of his Medical Entrance form with his file).
• Before Going For Medical, Ask ur Consultant to fill all the Forms. 
• take 3 to 4 White Back Ground ,Passport sized photo Graphs while going for Medical.
• Don't panic if ur late or if ur papers are not completed. take ut time, get them all printed, it is just important to be there on the same date.
• Don't throw ur Boi matrix receipt, as it the only paper which will tell u ur VLN number which on-words will help u trace ur Application Progress Online.    

• while giving urine test, If you aren’t being watched, make sure to pee in the toilet first and then in the sample cup; your initial urine stream will contain more contaminants. To pee quietly, try to aim your stream at the side of the bowl rather than into the water. Be sure to practice your ninja peeing technique in advance.
