What To chose ??? Loan Letter Or Bank Statement

It is not about choice, its all about what suites you the best !
According to Australian High Commission :
Prepaid fees for formal boarding arrangements with education providers for student visa applicants are taken into account when assessing whether an applicant meets the financial requirement for a student visa.
Now it depends on u that how can u fulfill this requirement.

Bank Statement

The Bank statement is a very easy way if any one of the following (Your Father,Mother,Grand Father or Grand Mother ) have a bank account which meets ur need of Education. u can also use multiple account balance sheets e.g if u need to show 80 lac and ur father carry a bank account of 50 lac and ur grand father from ur mother side carry a bank account of 40 lac. u can attach bank statements of both accounts and get a paper printed that they both will be helping u financially throughout ur studies, get that paper signed by both personals and u r ready to go

 

 

 

 

some of the main problems of bank statements are  

• Ur bank statement should have a good 3 month history of finance. I know some people who are w8ing just to get their account history correct. it should have no major transaction of amount take out.
• The Worse part is, once u have applied through a bank account u cannot take the amount out until u get ur visa . A friend of mine posted a bank statement of 12 million rupees for visa class 572 but unfortunately his brother got injured in a bike accident and they took just 2 million out of their account. his visa got rejected, he sent the medical papers of his brothers but it was to late.        

+ive points of bank statements are 

• its ur money, u dont have to pay any one to keep that in ur account. u can w8 as much as u want: where as in the case or loan-letter , u will have a pay extensions after a certain amount of time(usually 1.5 months or 3 months )

Fake Bank Statements 

 Well believe it or not there are way to get hands on a fake bank statements but u should remember that

• if u get caught, u will have to just forget about Australia.

Loan Letter

Loan Letter is the option if u don't have a personal bank statemen.
The inverter usually asks for 3% to the amount u want the loan letter for.
there are no good points for a loan letter. It takes a lot of time, the banker involved get ur case approved and then send it to the karachi branch and w8 for its approval. In some banks those who are under 20 face a lot of problems in making a loan letter. The investors start asking about extensions as some as the time limit exceeds. But u should remember that 80% of student cases from Pakistan are based on a loan letter, which proves that loan letter carry the same strength and quality as a bank statement.
