Vicroad not Accepting old Pakistani Driving License

Dear Friends, today i went for my drive test with my international driving license and international driving permit VicRoads office said that my license is not matched with their overseas license verification so they ask me to get letter of authentication from Pakistani Consulate Canberra have anyone else experienced same thing please tell me what i do next .Thanks

Guys i gave Learner Permit and Hazard test today, while checking my Pakistani license the officer there on vicroads told me to contact the Pakistani consular and ask him to send us verification of your license ?

Can someone share the info for that ? or contact no or address of him ? Coz as far as i know the only Pakistani embassy is in Canberra. HELP !!
My driving test is on 20th and i have to provide it before that, please help guys

- am not sure about now.....but around 2 years ago.. We use to submit a NOC certificate along with the Pakistani licence....

- If you show NOC at the time of booking then they never object on anything but now they will only accept NOC from high commission canberra. 

They do these objections sometimes. 
You can contact high commission and ask them about that letter. If it is original one then they will provide u a letter but it will take some time. . ..

-With one of my frnds... they even asked him to verify noc from high commission.
