What Is the difference between Stream live (Svp) and Non-Svp visa

SVP:

According To Australian Department of Immigration: 

"Under the streamlined student visa processing arrangements eligible student visa applicants from participating universities are assessed as though they are a lower immigration risk, irrespective of their country of origin.

If you are eligible for streamlined student visa processing you are not assigned an Assessment Level. This is because under the streamlined visa processing arrangements a student visa applicant is determined to be low immigration risk.

If you are eligible for streamlined student visa processing you will generally have reduced evidentiary requirements when applying for a student visa."

Which Actually means that if u apply for you Student Visa Through a Eligible Education Providers and Educational Business Partners  who are participating in the streamlined visa processing arrangements then u will have a better chance to get your visa granted. 

The guidelines below set out the requirements and obligations for universities, including the application template, should they want to use the streamlined visa processing arrangements. Only students attending universities that meet these guidelines will be eligible to access the streamlined visa processing arrangements.

Non-SVP

While visa applied through Institutes not included in the list given above are classified as Non-SVP visa. But according to my assessment alot of student applying through Non-SVP are also getting their visas granted. 

But in the end i will say that people who are applying through a stream live visa are surely on the safe side.
