I am CCNA, CCNP certified, but want to learn Coding and Webdesign for career enhancement.

-CCNA, CCNP, network admin itself is s vast field, in Australia it's better to choose field and excel. Down the track if company needs anything extra they would provide u free training. Job hunting should be the priority or planning to get a job. My apologies and no offence to anyone unlike Pakistan where you're asked to do Multiple things, but here u need to be specific. Developer, analyst, designer, sw are all same in Pak but here all different.
So utilize ur current knowledge in job hunting & improving ur current skills, CCNA & CCNP etc are just start of this unending tunnel.

- If I can suggest then I personally feel you have established a solid ground in networking. what is your requirement for getting started in professional company? based on your answer I can tell if programming in C is a real help...again it all depends on your choice and there is no harm in studying these languages at all...depends on what you like to pursue as a career
